My beautiful Panamá is bordered by the Pacific and Atlantic oceans. You will find beautiful, pool blue beaches and you can enjoy the bounties from these waters. Seafood is prolific in our cusine, the dishes spiced with a wide array of tropical and exotic flavors. Join me as I present a few of these for this dinner. Once a month, guests will enjoy a fantastic restaurant style dinner featuring the flavors and ingredients of Central and South America and its conquistadors, Spain and Portugal. Take time to mingle and relax before the four to five course dinner, including a welcome cocktail. Bring your favorite beer or wine, an appetite and an open mind, and I will dazzle you with the aromas and flavors of the Americas.
