Meditation 1: Power of the Breath Certification Course
Meditation is a practice of introspection that involves an internal effort to self-regulate the mind in order to bring about balance and peace in one’s life. What does regulating the mind mean? What does regulating the mind require? There is an underlying Divine structure within ALL things. In order to answers the above questions we must explore the Divine structure of meditating. In doing so we learning how to meditate properly giving rise to an effective and transformative meditative practice. Shemsu RA offers effective meditation classes that utilizes and teaches the Divine structure of meditation. Meditation 1: Power of the Breath teaches how to effectively meditate through learning how the breath must be manipulated and mastered in order to achieve one's meditation goals. It is a 5 week course that meets once a week on Saturdays between 11 AM-12 PM.
