Houston Korean Festival 2013
The Korean American Society of Houston is proud to announce the Houston Korean Festival 2013.
In conjuncture with the 50th anniversary of Korean-Americans in Houston, KASH will host its 5th Annual Korean Festival showcasing Korean culture through the culinary uniqueness that is “Taste of Korea.”
This one-day event will bring South Korea’s classic and modern culture and beauty halfway around the globe to the heart of downtown Houston. The festival will also bring together renowned Korean musicians and artists from around the nation with performances throughout the day.
The Korean Festival (K-Fest) was created with the idea of uniting the Korean Community while showcasing Korean culture to the Greater Houston Community. The 2013 K-Fest will provide a fair-like atmosphere for diverse groups and performers such as traditional Korean dancers, Korean folk musicians, TaeKwonDo masters, and Korean American musicians who will conduct demonstrations and exhibit their unique talents.
The 2013 K-Fest will be an experience unlike any other in the great City of Houston that both Koreans and non-Koreans can enjoy for free. We hope you have a great time and thank you for sharing the day with us!
